Why our website lives in Switzerland, with Infomaniak

At Le Morimont, every decision is made with the long term in mind: noble materials in our rooms, organic and local produce at the Salad’Bar, partnerships with organisations that share our values (Labo M, Eglantines‑etc., daiku workshop…). Our online presence follows the same logic.

Our website is designed and maintained by daiku.cloud, a web agency based right here on the estate. A web craftsman a stone’s throw from the woodworking workshop: the short-supply-chain philosophy, extended to the digital world.

It is hosted by Infomaniak, in Geneva. A choice that carries real meaning: data centres cooled by filtered outdoor air, 100% renewable electricity, server heat recovered to warm 6,000 households, machines kept for up to 15 years, 200% of CO₂ emissions offset, and a team that is 100% Swiss.

Since May 2026, a Swiss public-interest foundation holds the majority of Infomaniak’s voting rights: no buyout possible, no drift from its mission. Independence, privacy, data sovereignty and environmental responsibility are now set in stone.

Hosting our pages with Infomaniak through daiku means extending online what we stand for on the ground: nature, sobriety, local roots. Inside as outside.
